Ethiopia Aramo Station Coffee Tasting Notes

Sit back and take in all that this one has to offer. We’re huge fans of Ethiopia grown coffee but with that fanatic attitude comes a discerning palate! This one’s long, sweet finish knocked us on our heels a bit and we started questioning what we thought we knew about Yirgacheffe coffee.

At first sip, you’re going to notice the juiciness right away. The flavor of watermelon is tough to miss. More than that, the mouthfeel of watermelon is present in the Ethiopia Aramo Station coffee too. If you’re looking for a stereotypical Ethiopian that delivers a lot of lemon/lime, this isn’t the bean you’re looking for. However, the fruity raspberry balanced experience is sure to have you glad you strayed from the typical Yirgacheffe.

About Aramo Station

Ethiopia’s Aramo Station is located near Aramo, a village in the Yirgacheffe highlands. Aramo is a privately owned station that enjoys the fruits of about 800 different farmers’ labor. From there, these beans then made their way to the Addis Ababa dry mill for finishing. Once brought into the United States, we roast the beans to their highest potential in our flagship Smoky Mountain facility once we receive your order.
