Tons of flavor out of this single-estate water-processed decaf - We're talking panela, brown sugar, golden raisins, dried cherries and even a little hint of vanilla as it cools.

These Arabica beans are grown at about 1200 meters above sea level at the Finca Santa Isabel 300-acre farm near San Cristobal Verapaz, Guatemala. This family farm goes back into the late 1800's and is considered the first Rainforest Certified coffee farm on the planet.

This is a mountain water processed coffee - that process removes the majority of the caffeine from the coffee using a steam and spring water technique. It removes 99% of the caffeine without introducing any outside chemicals to the coffee - helping maintain a more flavorful cup.
