This Swiss Water Processed decaf presents a nice level of sweetness — especially for a decaf. We pick up on bittersweet undertones, notes of barley malt syrup, date sugar, agave, dried fruit, chocolate bread, and hints of dried green herbs in the finish.
This coffee gets its name – “Boter Farm” – as a nod to the Boter forest preserve where it is located. The coffee is from Senna Katta Mountain farm, Limu Kossa, Jimma in Ethiopia.
Naturally (dry) processed prior to going through Swiss Water processing to remove the caffeine, this is a premium decaf that’s a pleasure to drink.
